Accessible Entry & Pathways
Our main entrance and primary pathways throughout the venue are accessible to guests using wheelchairs, mobility aids, and other assistive devices. Paved and compacted-surface pathways connect the parking area to all main event spaces.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restroom facilities are available on-site at all events. If you require specific restroom accommodations, please contact us in advance and we will ensure appropriate facilities are available and clearly marked.
Designated Viewing Areas
Designated accessible viewing areas are provided for concerts and performances at the Rockpile Stage, The Square, and the Festival Grounds. These areas offer clear sightlines and are located on stable, level ground.
Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available in the main lot and are clearly marked. If you require closer drop-off access, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Seating
Accessible seating is available at all ticketed events. When purchasing tickets through Tixr, select accessible seating options or contact us directly at contact@ruinsevents.com to confirm availability.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome throughout our venue in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please notify us in advance if you will be attending with a service animal so we can ensure a smooth experience.

Known Limitations
